CONDITIONS FOR A REFUND
1. You must notify me within 7 days of receiving the package.
2. The item must be returned within 10 days of receipt and must arrive in the exact condition in which it was sent.
3. Shipping money is not refunded in any case.

The weight of the parcel was incorrect so I had to pay extra as the receiving party, which is weird, considering it was not my fault. UPS website and app did not accept the additional payment because their products do no work and have not been working, not even after contacting them my items returned to sender because of it.
