We want you to be happy with your purchase, and if you are not, I offer the possibility of a refund:

1. You must notify me within 7 days of receiving the package.
2. The item must be returned within 10 days of receipt and must arrive in the exact condition in which it was sent.
3. Shipping money is not refunded in any case.
4. The Etsy commission money that must be paid for each sale and 19% taxes is not refunded in any case. The customer will be informed of the exact amount of the commission.

Insurance
Dear Valued Customers,
We would like to inform you of the following:
- For shipments within Europe, we are pleased to offer insurance coverage for any logistical issues that may arise during transit. If the intended recipient does not collect a package, we will work diligently to resolve the issue in a mutually agreed-upon manner.
- For shipments outside the European Union, please note that insurance coverage is unavailable. If you wish to purchase insurance for your package, please contact me for the price of the shipment. In this case, your package will be insured against any problems.

In the event of any issues with the transport service, what is the procedure?
- In the case that the package has not arrived, a report will be made to the company and a refund will be made or the product will be sent again, depending on the case.
-In the case of the package being retained at the post office or if the customer is unable to collect the package due to absence, no refund will be issued, and the package will be re-shipped. The customer will be responsible for the costs of the reshipment.
-Please note,that each case is handled individually and depending on the experience.
