- For shipments outside the European Union, please note that insurance coverage is not available. If you wish to purchase insurance for your package, please contact me for the price of the shipment.In this case, your package will be insured against any problems.
We want you to be happy with your purchase, and if you are not, I offer the possibility of a refund:
CONDITIONS FOR A REFUND
1. You must notify me within 7 days of receiving the package.
2. The item must be returned within 10 days of receipt and must arrive in the exact condition in which it was sent.
3. Shipping money is not refunded in any case.
4. The Etsy commission money that must be paid for each sale is not refunded in any case. The customer will be informed of the exact amount of the commission.
